Service Description

1) 5-10mins - Pre Warm up: Self Myo Fascia Release 2) 5-10mins - Joint mobility, dynamic stretching, activation of muscles 3) 10-20mins - Technique practice/ Strength and Conditioning with resistance bands or weights/kettlebells 4) 10-20mins - HIIT / Circuit 5) 5-10mins - Cool down, stretch & review


Cancelation Policy

There is strictly no refund on late cancellations or no-shows. If you would like to reschedule, you have to reschedule within 7 days of the original booked appointment date.
