1) 5-10mins - Pre Warm up: Self Myo Fascia Release 2) 5-10mins - Joint mobility, dynamic stretching, activation of muscles 3) 20-30mins - Technique practice/ Strength and Conditioning/HIIT with resistance bands or weights/kettlebells (depends on the goals) 4) 5-10mins - Cool down, stretch & review
