Here's a beginner kettlebell flow workout you can try with one or two kettlebells: Deadlift + Pushup + Swings - 10mins as many reps as possible
Next is an intermediate to advance combination of clean, thrusters and overhead lunges for a cardiovascular challenge. You can try it for 10mins non stop as well, watch out for the overhead rack position when you lunge!
Lastly we can put them altogether for supercharged combination of all 6 movements. Try it for 10minutes for a challenging endurance workout!
