If you keep doing the same things again and again, it would be silly to expect a different result. Yours truly can attest to this on a few occasions in life!
I mean come on can we really blame the snickers bar for the 20kg that you did not miraculously put on overnight after consuming it?
Some time people don’t really want to change because getting out of the comfort zone is hard. Finding the courage to be vulnerable is difficult. We need to burn down the vulnerabilities and start again. The most fertile soils in the world are around volcanoes.
Speaking of which, this year I am getting out of my comfort zone, by cutting down the usage of my mobile device to an accumulative one hour a day. So if you see me on my phone you have the permission to probe!
It’s a new year and there will be new challenges and obstacles. There are also unfinished business and goals. What will you do about it?
